⛄❄ Jingle & Mingle ⛄ ❄

Research demonstrates the importance of social connections. This time of year our short, cold days can make getting out of the house require more motivation. Yet, we know that engaging with others and participating in social activity helps improve mood while decreasing feelings of isolation. If you’re looking for some ways to have fun, celebrate this festive season and spend time in community – we warmly invite you to Jingle & Mingle!

For Wellness Wednesday this week, we encourage you – our friends and neighbors – to attend this all ages fun and festive event.
