Spring Cleaning for Mental Wellness
Presentation by Lily Bickford, Time Management & Organizational Coach
CommunityCare of Lyme’s new Mental Health Team*, led by Laurie Veillette, PsyD, has been hosting regular opportunities for education and supportive conversation across the community.
For Wellness Wednesday we are grateful to be able to share a presentation by Lily Bickford, Time Management & Organizational Coach. Thanks to all who joined us and engaged with this program us on Tuesday, April 4th.
‘Tis the season for cleaning and organizing like a pro. Join us as time management and organizational coach Lily Bickford walks through her six simple steps for tackling home projects. There is something to be said for the collective decluttering energy in the air right now, and with Lily’s guidance, this is bound to be a tidying-up season for the books. Lily’s goal for this presentation is for you to walk away feeling motivated and empowered to complete those looming home projects.
