Elevated Oats

With the weekday mornings being a whirlwind, here’s a tasty way to prepare oatmeal that is quick, and satisfying while offering tasty seasonal textures.
Ingredients:
- 1 packet of instant Oatmeal
- 1 1/2 cups of Oat milk
- 1 TSP Cinnamon
- 1 TBSP Peanut Butter (or any preferred nut butter)
- 2 TBSP Pomegranate Seeds (or as desired, I’m a huge fan!)
Instructions:
- In a microwave safe bowl add your instant oatmeal and Oat milk together. Follow package instructions for heating. (Normally ~ 90 seconds)
- Carefully remove bowl (it may be hot!) and sprinkle in cinnamon
- Add peanut butter & stir together
- Sprinkle pomegranate seeds on top
- Enjoy!
