1 Bowl Vegan Peanut Butter Cookies

This past week some friends and I had a picnic together, and I wanted to bring something quick, easy and a little bit sweet. These peanut butter cookies were a perfect fit! Even better, they are vegan so I can enjoy them too. If you bake, you’re likely to already have all of these items in your pantry too!
