Consider this recipe as you prepare for your end of summer cookouts, or look to elevate a weeknight meal with a seasonal appetizer. It’s a delightful upgrade to watermelon slabs – a seasonal favorite. This recipe does require several hours to chill, so do factor that in as you plan your recipe for those upcoming parties. You might also consider prepping this as an appetizer before you go to work. As Paige shares it can be chilled up to overnight, which is roughly the amount of time you would be at work for the day.
