Looking for a sweet for your sweetie this Valentine’s Day? I’m not sure it gets much more decadent than Red Velvet. Now, combine red velvet with a layer bar and you’ve got a very sweet and festive treat for your valentine. Sally describes this recipe saying, “The base is a soft, cookie-like red velvet layer. On top of that? A rich, sweet, chewy, gooey, and completely overloaded smorgasbord of toppings.” (McKenney, May 27, 2021) YUM!
