This quick, and easy dessert is a healthier weeknight alternative to keep your sweet-tooth in check this National Dessert Day. With only 3 ingredients (not counting toppings) and 15 minutes of prep time, you just pop it into the fridge for a half hour and voila! A tasty, healthier take on mousse.
