Well-being is about trusting your instincts and finding your path – getting out there and having fun and also striving for something better. When you can trust your instincts on a putting green, you putt less. And that’s a lot more fun. Chris hopes you’ll enjoy taking a few putts with the Maker F1 putter and looks forward to your feedback. Make it a great day! makergolf.com

I do accept Medicare insurance (not Medicare Advantage) but all other patients pay a monthly membership fee. The membership fee covers all of the services that I can provide within the practice with a few exceptions. In this model of care, the patient has a predictable cost for their primary care. This removes the barrier of additional cost for preventive visits or when you are sick. These practices keep the number of patients cared for by each physician low in order to be able to keep reasonable access for patients. Any questions? Visit MonarchFamilyMedicine.com for more information.”
