at the 2023 Lyme Health & Wellness Fair

September 30th 10am-2pm on the Lyme Common

CommunityCare of Lyme and a host of community partners and volunteers from across the Upper Valley are eager to welcome you to the Lyme Health & Wellness Fair! It’s a special time for the whole family, a chance to learn and play, and a terrific opportunity for participating organizations and individuals to network with others committed to everyone’s wellbeing.

Supporting Health & Well-being in So Many Different Ways!

Visit and learn about food as love, parish and community nursing, seated massage, several yoga practices, child and family services, Covid and flu vaccines, mental health support and resources, life planning, library resources and information, volunteer opportunities, welcoming newcomers, and more.

Scheduled Activities

Chances to try something new, or help show how it’s done.

Join in a hands-on experience – Ultimate Frisbee, partner yoga, expressive therapy, Cuban and Salsa dance, chair yoga, rowing with an erg machine.

Plus, dance to the music of  The Panhandlers Steel Drum Band, 11am-1pm!

Prizes

Earn tickets for the drawings as you explore the resources and activities

Stay tuned for the wonderful prizes donated by generous community supporters of your wellbeing.

Food

Thai, Afghan, and more

There will be food for sale at the Fair and at restaurants and stores around the Common, and you are welcome to bring a picnic lunch.

Every Wednesday, CommunityCare of Lyme lifts up a wellness topic, embracing the widest possible definition of individual and community well-being. We include local and national resources, individual and group programs and practices, and personal stories, videos, or songs that have something to teach us all. We are always seeking guest contributors!
