It’s was a great day!

We learned and shared about mental health support and resources, farming, healing practices, child and family services, life planning, theater and the arts, adopting a rescue animal, community nursing, job opportunities, emergency preparedness, end-of-life services, volunteer opportunities, and more!

We participated in classes for all ages (Pound cardiac drumming, Zumba, Salsa and Cuban dancing, hands-only CPR, chair and partner yoga, and more), rowing on an erg machine, riding an ebike, cholesterol and blood pressure checks, interactive art, warm conversations, and lots of other healthy activities.

We danced to the music of the Panhandlers Steel Drum Band!

Lots of us won prizes! “Earn” tickets as you learn from community partners, join in classes, give blood, or sign up to get more involved. Attend the prize drawing to win!

We contributed to fundraisers, found healthy products and special treasures, and enjoyed lovely local food at the Fair and around the Common.
