Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the “going-to-sleep” stage. Yoga Nidra is a vocally guided meditation that takes you into very deep states of rest to promote sleep and relaxation, and to relieve stress. This is an audio recording only and runs about 25 minutes. The class is free and available until Midnight but you will need to be logged in to see and access the link from the calendar page.
