Have you BEAN able to see the harvest at our VEGI-TABLE every Monday? At the risk of sounding  CORNY, Lyme gardeners can’t be BEET. Hope you TURN UP Monday (the THYME is 8-4) to donate your vegetables.
  1. Are you a vegetable growing person who cares about your neighbors?
  2. Would you like to help neighbors who could benefit from your green thumb?
  3. Do you have extra produce from your garden to give to those in need?
  4. Do you believe there’s power in produce and producing better nutrition is powerful?
The Lyme Health Ministry is asking you to drop off your extra produce to the Horse Shed across from the Lyme Congregational Church under the “VEGICARE” sign. We will deliver your yummy, nutritious produce to Lyme neighbors and the folks at Pathways.
What:  Drop off your produce on Mondays only, 8am-4pm
Where:  Horse Shed under the VEGICARE sign
When:  Monday, July through early September (as harvest permits)
LETTUCE thank you in advance!  We promise to waltz your watercress, two-step your tomatoes,  contra-dance your cucumbers, fox-trot your fennel, hip-hop your haricots verts,  polka your parsnips, jitterbug your jicama, square dance your squash and  zumba your zucchini to Lyme neighbors.
