For Young Children and Their Caregivers
Through age-appropriate song, movement and instrument play, our Songs of the Season classes are a joyous setting to get ready to pull out those down parkas, celebrate the shortest day, and ring in the new year. We’ll sing, dance, and play along to songs from various holiday traditions as well as those that celebrate all things winter and snow!
This program is designed for ages birth through 6 years, with a caregiver, but all ages of family members are welcome and encouraged to participate. If you are considering enrolling in our Winter Music Together class, consider this your trial class to get a sense of what a Zoom class is like. Space is limited in each class.
UVMC will offer 3 Songs of the Season Classes:
Friday, December 4, 9:30 am with Lisa Piccirillo – ages 0-5 (this section is full)
Friday, December 4, 10:30 am with Lisa Piccirillo – ages 0-5
Tuesday, December 8, 1 pm with Katie Kitchel – designed for ages 4-6, this class will focus on musical games (think Rhythm Kids)
Saturday, December 12, 9:30 am with Brooke Wilkinson – ages 0-5
This event is part of UVMC’s Holiday Music Festival online. Participation is free and open to the community.
