TAI CHI FREE INTRODUCTION on Thursday 9/28 at 6PM

Tai Chi is a relaxing form of exercise that builds strength, awareness, and balance.  It is helpful for reducing stress and strengthening the immune system. Open to people of all ages, it can be practiced as a mediation, a martial art, or for health.
