Celebrate the year’s longest day—and “A Day in the Life of a Vermont Town”—with Revels North when Summer Revels returns this weekend with two events! Summer Revels will be at ArtisTree Community Arts Center in South Pomfret, VT on Friday, June 21, and on the Norwich Green on Saturday, June 22. For each event the gates open at 5:30, a parade all are welcome to join starts at 6:30 (bring an instrument or something festive to carry), and the performance starts at 7pm. This year, our Summer Revels performance will celebrate the music, stories, games and people of a small Vermont town, set ago—but not so long ago—and right near here. Summer Revels is family-friendly, free (donations appreciated), and will move indoors in the event of rain.
While both summer solstice celebrations will have the same performance, each day’s festival surrounding it will have its own unique character with something for everyone, so why not come to both!
