Join us before the weekend to create salads to-go that last for up to a week. Salad in a Jar is a quick, easy, and healthy grab and go meal and doing this with a group makes meal prep fun!
How does it work?
It’s BYOJ (Bring your own jars – 5 wide mouthed quart sized Mason jars or any 4 cup containers will work)
We’ll provide the salad dressings.
Each person attending will be in charge of bringing one container of salad greens and 2 toppings to share (bring 3-4 cups of each topping – this is important or else we run short on toppings!)
We’ll share a short presentation on healthy tips and ideas to boost your overall nutrition and health
Everyone will go home with 5 salads to eat for the week!
