It’s National Prescription Take Back Day, an opportunity to turn in your unused or expired prescription medication for safe disposal.

National Prescription Take Back Day is a bi-annual Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) initiative that aims to provide a safe, convenient, and responsible means of disposing of prescription drugs, while also educating the general public about the potential for abuse of medications.

During this year’s spring event, Dartmouth-Hitchcock (D-H) Community Health Improvement encourages D-H employees and community members to safely dispose of their unused or expired medication. If you are interested in participating, you can dispose of your medications:
