A virtual program as part of the ARC’s “End-of-Life Cafe”

CCL is hosting a watch party for this virtual program in our living room. Feel free to stop by to participate.

Leader: Tracy Penfield, Passing Project Artistic Director, Trauma Healing Artist and Educator

The intent of this experience is to enlighten and lighten participants about the notion of passing on, whether for yourselves or for loved ones. Engaging our imaginations will help to ease fear or uncertainty about these inevitable passings, as well as other challenging transitions, such as leaving a career or moving to a new home.  We explore them as stories, which we call Personal Mythologies.

Everyone will be asked three simple questions and you may write and/or draw your responses. Whether or not you choose to share these with the group is entirely up to you. Either way, you will have a record of this experience to reflect upon and perhaps expand.

Please have some pieces of blank paper and any writing or drawing utensils handy, such as pencil, pen, markers, etc.

If holding a utensil is difficult for you, it is fine to imagine your answers and hold them in your mind.

You will receive a zoom link for this class 60 minutes before the class starts. The zoom link will be sent directly from the Aging Resource Center to the email you registered with.
