No Parish Nurse Hours today, due to Power Outage. 

We are available to check blood pressures and more. Folks stop in for a variety of reasons such as: consultations around caring for elderly family at home or away, preparing for planned medical/surgical are – how to anticipate and plan for your needs, medication questions and
management, completing an advance directive and so on. We can be reached by phone or email for an appointment, or just drop in!

Regular Parish Nurse office hours are at the Lyme Congregational Church on Mondays from 1pm – 3pm and at the CommunityCare of Lyme offices in the Lyme Center Academy Building on Tuesdays from 10am – 12pm.
