Breath: strengthening and expanding lung capacity.
Singing: creating tones and varied sounds over chord changes.
Improvisation: playing games and saying “yes, and!”
Presence: allowing the vibration of sound to open, comfort, heal, and challenge us.

Patricia has studied vocal improvisation and body percussion with Bobby McFerrin, Rhiannon, Judi Vinar, Zuza Gonçalves and Tiago Grade; she has an ongoing practice of presence and acceptance. Since March 8th, she has been experimenting with the Zoom platform with a variety of groups, both as facilitator and participant.
