Mindfulness is the practice of turning your attention to the present moment while noticing your judgement. This one-session workshop will introduce you to mindfulness and build skills that will help you focus on the here and now. You will learn about mindfulness and practice a variety of mindfulness exercises.
Please have a raisin or a dried fruit of another kind handy for the class. We will use it in the class.

 Note: This program is appropriate for people with little or no experience practicing mindfulness.

You will receive a zoom link for this class 60 minutes before the class starts. The zoom link will be sent directly to the email you registered with.
