In this series of Zoom gatherings, which can also be joined by phone, our Lyme neighbor and founder of Caldwell Law will share information and answer questions about what kinds of planning are important now, as so many of us are experiencing important changes or thinking about things in new ways.
The October 7th gatherings will be an overview of the decisions and plans that matter most, depending on what’s happening in your life. There will be lots of time for questions. Everyone should find this conversation helpful!
The remaining sessions will dig into the topics most important to you.
Series Dates and Times:
- October 7th at 12pm and 7pm – OVERVIEW
- October 14th at 7pm – WILLS: getting started; making sure your money and property get distributed as you want them to be; planning for the care of dependent children or loved ones; special considerations, such as titling/ownership of assets
- October 21st at 12pm – PLANNING TO DISTRIBUTE YOUR ASSETS
- October 28th at 7pm – POWERS OF ATTORNEY
