New Year's Speaker Panel 2022 by CommunityCare of Lyme

It’s that time of year again: many of us are making “resolutions” for how we will change for the better.

Do you struggle with New Year’s Resolutions each year? Do you start strong and then peter out? Are you frustrated by the lack of results?

Wednesday, January 5, at 7pm we are offering a virtual panel / round table discussion. We will learn to create New Year’s Resolutions that are S.M.A.R.T. (Specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, time-specific). This means you’ll create goals where you can see results, feel a sense of accomplishment and are therefore more likely to continue to follow through on your resolutions.

This is a free program open to all. Please share with your friends, family and colleagues; the more we are able to support and help sustain health & wellness initiatives in our community, the more everyone benefits. Remember, we’re in this together! Come with a few ideas of your resolutions. There will be an opportunity to workshop your resolution(s) into a S.M.A.R.T. one!

Our Panelists Include:

  • Laurie Veillette, PsyD – Clinical health psychologist. Specialized training in health psychology and integrated care.
  • Rebecca Beisswenger-Maxfield – Owner and Founder of OneLove Lifestyle Consulting and “Loved”, a new retail and consignment store in town. Rebecca specializes in organization, and sustainability.
  • Natalie Jones – Fitness Instructor and Wellness Consultant at the Upper Valley Aquatic Center. Natalie is focused on empowering those she works with, with a holistic approach to wellness.
