Greetings,
We’re thrilled to be hosting a FREE Pop-Up Concert this Saturday at 2 pm at the Village at White River Jct.
We’ll be joined by Jess and Jakob, the current Artists-in-Residence at The Village.
They have a *lovely* performance space (it’s just amazing what happens when you get architects involved)
and the concert will be open to residents at The Village as well…
The concert is followed at 3:30 pm by potluck munchies, and an all-comers acoustic music jam session, upstairs.
(please note: this is an alcohol-free event)
We want to give a musical bon voyage to Melissa before she heads out for several months.
Out on a Limb – “from Hank to Hendrix” – acoustic music across the traditions, from the Upper Valley’s most-elusive band.
We seek out the horizons of acoustic music, travel out there to the edge, and then do our best to fall right off.We play and sing old-time bluegrass and gospel, fiddle tunes, obscure roots music, and covers of classic rock you might hear on the car radio.
Sometimes we do that all at the same time.
Melissa DiSiervo – Norwich, VT – clarinet, banjo
Steve Glazer – Thetford Center, VT – guitar
Erin Smith – Lebanon, NH – fiddle, upright bass
Rick Barrows – Thetford Center, VT – mandolin
We love to sing and play for you, come on out and see what all the fuss is about~!
