Shipman is the director of primary care initiatives and director of clinical innovations at the American Association of Medical Colleges. He works with a wide rage of primary care leaders to promote effective innovations in teaching and delivering primary care. He also maintains faculty positions at Dartmouth-Hitchcock and The Dartmouth Institute.
