FUNdamentals of Fitness Workouts are a great way to get cardiovascular and strength training exercise in one place. This 60-minute class will help increase energy and endurance with cardiovascular exercise along with flexibility and mobility through resistance training. Exercises are easy to follow allowing participants to cultivate a comfort level with the workouts. Make the most out of your workouts. Believe in yourself because your health is the most important project of your life might as well have some F-U-N in the process!
Given the shape and size of the space classes will consist of stations within which each participant will rotate through. Class will begin with a warm up and conclude with a comprehensive stretching routine. All exercises can be modified to accommodate low impact or alternatively higher impact exertion.
Classes are Mondays 6:00am-7am for a 10 week session from September 9th through November 11th.
Class will be held at The new building where Everette Rich Insurance moved to at 65 Dartmouth College Highway Lyme, NH. The entrance is in the back, last door on the far left of the building with a garage door next to it.
You will be given a punch card with 10 class punches. This card expires on 11/11, if you cannot attend all the classes you are welcome to give it to a friend or attend any other Bizzy Bodies Fitness classes.
Drop in fee is $15 per class.
You should bring INDOOR only athletic shoes to avoid tracking dirt in the studio, water, and if you wish your own yoga mat.
