2019 FALL FLU Clinic: Monday, October 7th from 1:30pm to 5:30pm at the Lyme Congregational Church, sponsored by the Lyme Parish Nurses.
The VNA of VT/NH will administer a quadrivalent (covers 4 types of flu viruses) to all adults. The High Dose trivalent vaccine will not be available. Discuss with your doctor or provider which flu vaccine is the right choice for you. Call the Parish Nurses for further information at 795-2850.
