Virtual Art Exhibit
Inspired by the Diverse Splendor of Birds

CommunityCare of Lyme, Matt Brown Fine Art, and the Lyme School collaborated to celebrate The Beauty of Birds with a virtual art exhibit of works submitted by community members of all ages and experience levels. Our goal through this virtual art exhibition was to engage the community in celebrating birds, while raising awareness of the importance of conservation.

Submitted works are on display on the Matt Brown Fine Art website. Click here to view Open Entries, including works from across the community and selected Lyme School student art. Click here to view all the Lyme School Entries.

Community members were invited to vote for the work they felt best fit each of our fun categories. Thank you to all who took the time to review the works and honor the artists with your votes. Over thirty artists, family and community members joined in our virtual gathering celebrating the artists, artwork, birds, and their ecosystems.

Honorary hosts Blake Allison of the Lyme Conservation Commission and NH Audubon Mascoma Chapter, Dan Lambert of Northern Woodlands, and Jeff Valence, Lyme School Principal, presented the awards and shared their enthusiasm and some fun insights about birds.
