In keeping with our recent trend of sharing Monday’s Menu recipes celebrating different foodie days, we prepare to celebrate porridge on 10/10! Porridge might be one of those food items that you, or those you share a table with have a love / hate relationship with. Personally, I love a hot porridge at breakfast. With this recipe, Sally redefines porridge as a savory dish that translates beyond the breakfast table. Think – porridge at lunch, or dinner!
