According to the NH Department of Agriculture, this week is the final week for peaches to be in season. Enjoying this summery fruit one final time for the season is a wonderful way to celebrate the transition from summer to fall. With chilly nights this time of year, why not enjoy the final week of summer fruit flavors, served in a fall/winter dish? Well, voilà: we have Khoresht-E Hulu, a peach stew recipe from Sephardi Kitchen shared on food.com (Aug. 2009).
