If you’re hosting, or going to a Fourth of July party this week, this beautiful appetizer is sure to be a visual delight while being tasty too! The recipe is described on allrecipes.com as, “Strawberry bruschetta is a thing of beauty! The way the tangy, slightly salty goat cheese works with the syrupy, balsamic-coated strawberries and crispy, charred bread is simply delicious.” (Mitzewhich, Feb 29 2024) This recipe has a bit of red, a bit of white, and if you’re feeling bold you might even throw in a few blueberries to put your own Fourth of July spin on John’s recipe.
