Rather than receiving lectures on what you should or shouldn’t be doing, coaching is a personalized and collaborative partnership focused on enhancing your well-being. During our sessions, we will work together to understanding your unique health concerns and their impact on you holistically. Rapid change can lead to confusion, frustration and burnout, and there is no magic pill or quick fix! Instead, we will collaborate to help you make small, attainable lifestyle adjustments that are aligned with your values and strengths so they are easy to implement and sustainable overtime. Regardless of your goal, I am here to help keep you accountable, make adjustments as needed, and support you every step of the way!
Cost:
In order to make this offering as accessible as possible, there are two
cost-friendly options:
• Pay per session: $20/each
• Pack of 4 sessions: $60 ($15/each)
Not certain if coaching is suitable for you? Reach out and we can arrange a complimentary 5-minute call to help you determine if it aligns with your needs and objectives.

🕶️ Yes, we still have eclipse glasses, but they are going fast! (If you have reserved a pair, we are holding them, no worries.) Thanks to the amazing Friends of Lyme Library, we are distributing two pairs per household, while supplies last (Lyme residents only, please). Please stop in and pick yours up any time we are open (check ahead in questionable weather). If you’d like to reserve 1 or 2 pairs, just reply to this email. For more information about the eclipse and where to see it best (weather permitting) in New Hampshire, visit nhsolareclipse.com.
