“The Science of Well-Being for Teens”

Information From Megan Sauer of CNBC and Coursera

There are many organizations that support individuals and communities either at a local or national level. Once per month, for Wellness Wednesday, we will share one of these well-respected organizations in order to connect you with more resources that support Health & Wellness. 


Recently Megan Sauer, a reporter at CNBC Make It, has posted an article “Yale University’s Most Popular Class Is Now Free for Teenagers-Why It Could Make You Happier.” She shares that Yale University’s most popular class taught by Dr. Laurie Santos is now offered online for free for high school aged young people. The Coursera class description stats, “The ultimate goal is for you to feel better and build healthier habits.” The free class is available here on Coursera.
