Last surviving one-room schoolhouse in Lyme, with  old blackboards, desks and many school books that were used here in Lyme — a peek into the past!  No plumbing – see the two holers out back that were used right up until 1959.  Child-friendly (best for ages 4 and up): sit at the old desks, write on the slates and play on the old swings and teeter-totter outside! (Adult supervision requested.)  Nostalgic and educational for all!

Baker Hill Rd., Lyme Center: just south of the so. jct with Isaac Perkins Rd., or 1.5 mi. from the 4 Corners of Goose Pond, Baker Hill and Hanover Center Rds. Just look for the red schoolhouse!
