RSVP Bone Builders Try It Session
The trained volunteer shared a senior strength and balance training workout proven to help prevent and reverse osteoporosis, engaging participants of many fitness levels. Family physician and CCL board member Julie Davis MD, having experienced the effective class, looks forward to encouraging patients to give it a try.

Chair Yoga with Hanover Yoga
Theresa Mundy helped us wake up to the day with gentle yoga moves for flexibility and strength – great if balance is a challenge.

Yoga Flow with Remedy Yoga
Jill Cray led a fun and uplifting yoga flow for flexibility, fluidity and strength, with loyal students and new friends.

Mindful Movement with Tracy Penfield of the Center for Integrative Health in Hanover
Tracy guided a group through aspects of her Tracing therapeutic method of expressive practice, drawing on the example of our collective trauma through the pandemic and helping participants connect mindfully with their own healing needs.

UVAC Speed School Demo
Christine Dorman led a group of young athletes through some fun moves to hone acceleration skills, the ability to quickly move in multiple directions, and to increase strength.

Lymphatic Stretching with PALS for Life
Erin Buck offered a safe and effective research-based exercise program that offers camaraderie through small group training, helping to put activity back into daily life.

Buti Yoga Session with Cache the Wave
Heather Smith led a music-energized Buti (meaning the cure to something hidden or kept secret)Yoga session that incorporated traditional asanas with core-spiraling techniques and body-shaking movements. It was a new and fun practice for the participants!

HIIT Bootcamp Class with RVC
Marie White and Faith Phillips led a high-energy class combining classic fitness moves in a total body conditioning workout through High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). It was designed to “challenge and surprise you with how far you can push yourself.” Participants say it did!
