Loading Events

This is a weekly strength, conditioning, injury prevention exercise class specifically designed for seniors.  45 minutes of chair exercise, followed by OPTIONAL strengthening exercises designed for fall prevention in older adults.

Light weights and stretch bands will be provided.  Please bring a towel to class.
