Certified Master Harp Therapist Patty Williams will be offering harp therapy for meditation and contemplation, the first and third Fridays of the month at 7:00 p.m. at the United Congregational Church in Orford, on Main Street.
Ms. Williams’ focus since certification in 2009 has been on playing for those with dementia, chronic illness, depression, persons at end of life, and those celebrating joyous events as well. These Friday nights are open to the public. There will be four sections, each 15 minutes long, with a chance for people to stretch and breathe and move in between. Come for all or part. Participates are invited to bring a yoga or exercise mats or blankets/cushion.
A purely optional and voluntary basket for small donations will be at the doorway, but there is no required fee. For more information, email phs@sover.net
