Do you ever find yourself wanting to eat a healthy meal, but don’t have the time, energy, or ingredients to do so? Do you make salads already, but are bored with your toppings? Join us for a salad making extravaganza! Together, we will breathe new life and fun into salad preparation. We will share an easy way to prepare salads ahead of time that last up to a week!
Anyone who is interested, bring one or two prepared salad toppings (about 3-4 cups) and 5 4-cup tupperware or quart sized Mason jars to store the salads you build. We will provide the greens and dressings.
We will spend a bit of time connecting and chatting about health and wellness, and there will be a brief presentation, followed by salad construction!
